Business Terms and Conditions 

By accessing to Petworld Center website (“Website”) you hereby acknowledge that you has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case that you do not agree, please stop using our website and services immediately. Please be informed that Petworld Center and its management hereby express their right to revise, amend, withdraw or make changes to these terms and conditions, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users.  All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once posted on the website.

Online store is for purchases made on www.petworldcenter.com 

  1. Product Warranties
    With respect to Goods that sold in our product page, such Goods are supplied and sold on an “as is where is” basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.
  2. Pricing and Product Information
    We reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice. The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.
  3. Discounts and Points
    We shall give discounts for our product via promotion page in our website. At the present we do not have information regarding the registration for our membership or the collecting of points from purchasing our products via website. Anyhow, in the event that we have policy for the membership and points, we will inform such policies via what’s new page in our website and send to emails in our database that users provided to us.
  4. Delivery Service Surcharge
    A delivery charge will be incurred for every confirmed purchase. Our Sales Representative will be contacting you on the delivery date and charges upon confirmation of order. If you have any queries regarding the process of purchasing and payment, please contact our Sales Representative in your neighborhood.
  5. Modes of Payment
    In order to purchase products on our website, we accept prepayment (Paypal, Visa, Master Card) during the confirmation of orders. We do not accept payment by cash on delivery or QR Code payments. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
  6. Order Confirmation
    Upon receipt of your delivery order, our sales officer will contact you on that day or the next working day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays) to confirm the order. In cases where stocks become unavailable, we reserve the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered. Anyway, your order shall be deemed as confirmed since you received our confirmation via shopping cart page on our website or the confirmation sent to your email or you receive a tele-confirmation from our officer. 
  7. Delivery Lead Time 
    Stock Status : AVAILABLE
    Delivery Lead Time : Stocks are available for immediate delivery within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

    Stock Status : IN STOCK
    Delivery Lead Time : Stocks are available at our retail stores for delivery within 7 working days upon receipt of payment.

    Stock Status : LOW STOCK
    Delivery Lead Time : We will check stocks availability before confirming your order.

    Stock Status : SPECIAL ORDER
    Delivery Lead Time : Stocks are on Special Order. We will check our supplier’s stock availability before confirming your order.

    The final delivery date of your order will depend on when the order leaves our store. We will keep deliver the product as stated in Delivery Lead Time. However, the delivery might take longer due to delivery time of express company.
  8. Order Cancellation Policy
    You will not be able to cancel the goods in any cases after giving a payment to us except in the case that our goods be unavailable after confirmation of the order and payment of the purchase were given to us, we will refund the amount paid to us according to your request.   
  9. Refund Policy
    In order to request for refunds of the product, the request must be sent to us via [email protected] at the latest within 3 Working Days attached with the original receipts. All products for refunds have to be returned to us unused, in their original packaging. For delivery of wrong products or defected product, in case that the customer still requires for our product, we reserve the right to not refund and supply the correct or new product instead. All exchanges or refunds of the products are subjected to management discretion. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  10. Return and Exchange Policy
    All items sold are strictly non-refundable. Please note that we will not apply Return and Exchange policy unless such item followed by these instructions:
    1. For items purchased at Retail Store and Online Order, unopened items with unopened packaging may be exchanged within three (3) days from the date of purchase or the date after receiving the items via online order.
    2. The quality evaluation process may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days once the item arrives at our store. The return and exchange process will only begin after we have completed the evaluation of your return item and if it is deemed to be a valid return. If it is an invalid return, the item will be returned back to the customer.
    3. Product after inspections must be collected within one (1) month from the date of notification. We may dispose of the Product which remains unclaimed after one (1) month, without notice in any way we deem fit. 
    4. We reserve the right to vary the coverage or refuse to cover Products which in our records indicate “Promotion Items”.
    5. We reserve the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability of services, products and/or return or exchange for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice.
    6. Please contact us to arrange for Return and Exchange item.
    7. You are entitled to return and exchange the item in case that the item is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date or has a manufacturer’s defect. Also, in case that the wrong item is being delivered.
